As a small businessman, and even smaller real estate investor, a licensed broker and general contractor RE, I fully recommend Home Buyers Beware all home buyers, first timers and experienced investors alike. I read Carolyn Warren’s first book, Mortgage Rip-offs, a few months ago and liked it so much I related to her re the consultation: refinancing of my properties. Although I bought my first home 30 years ago and many, I have to admit I know nothing about yield spread premium and use the way broker / lender to add income to YSP themself before reading this book. The YSP information alone was worth a thousand times the cost of the book (about $ 13 on Amazon. COM), because I know absolutely sure that the broker have additional revenue coming only from one source: borrowers like you and me. There were other important information for all mortgage seekers in the first book: How to negotiate for lower fees and charges, whether the reference, how and what you do not pay with junk fees, etc. All of these and more were discussed and clarified further in the second book Carolyn’s, Home Buyers Beware. In her new book, Carolyn takes her readers on the real estate mortgage market situation today. This is very important due to the fact that the rules for qualifying for new mortgages and refi changed significantly over the last two years, as we are looking at two different creatures altogather: – - no longer simply a loan docs. Loans, not just qualifying loans — good credit is a must. Thus, transportable in most cases needs significant — W-2, tax returns and bank Testament are all standard docs required. — Etc., Etc. Carolyn explained above, in all practical details, with specific benefits for the consumer. want, even for readers who have no credit, bankruptcy / shortsale in their credit report or reject the bad info. in his or her credit files. The book is, as her first book, very easy to read and full of helpful hints that are used, to save unnecessary fees / chrges of lenders / brokers. This book will You save many, many times the price you pay for it.

If I were buying a new house, I would read this book very carefully, for it is stuffed full of information that you need to know to be prepared. For one thing, you can really trust anyone but himself in order for your best interest. They are great examples of how people were torn and she is thought they were always a bargain. For example, the “no down” When you buy a house without a deposit can be, but you’ll pay it later and in a different way. There are many costs that may have to avoid if you read this ahead of time and go prepared. It recommends always using your own real estate agents and mortgage brokers (check them out to verify if they are honest!). After reading about all the trouble you can in your own, I am in agreement with her. It also explains how to get up your credit, how can a house to foreclosure pain it bad, and how it can be normal again. Since banks are not lending, loans for houses, except for people with good credit, then it makes sense to sell in good shape before you even try to buy. It tells part of all the charges are (some are not even necessary, but you have to read the book to find out what they are) and how to reduce them and save thousands of dollars. And there are a lot of scams going for home buyers that you need to be aware of. It is well written, easy to read and easy to understand, and the author writes with a sense of humor, it is a fun to read.

. . . unless you get ready for children in the school. But even then, who say they can afford it, you can skip to possible thousands of dollars because they were not informed regarding their mortgage? This book presents the newest and best for your credit – also used to get a tactic to pay more. There are practical examples, analysis, different topics, with its 30 chapters, themes such as credit, loans, lower costs, fraud and deceit, etc. Do the simple math – it may take several hours to read this book, but if you divide the savings by The few hours, you’ll find that you may never save as much money in a few hours. Definitely get this book if you wish to purchase a home or just refinancing plan.
