I have not been able to find any loan that exceeds 240 months- Not that it does not exist. Though not an expert in India’s Real Estate Market, I hypothesize that Real Estate is relatively inexpensive compared to US markets. As such, repayment on a 20 Year loan may yield a comparable, or lower monthly payment than that of a congruent US flat.
